Wheels
With the direction I
am going with the car I wanted to go with a 3 piece
forged modular wheel. I have never seen a wheel like
this on a tri five, and that was the point. I wanted
something different. After looking at many designs from
the leading companies, I decided to with iForged. The
quality & workmanship is second to none.
Front – 18x8 with Nitto 245/40-18
Rear - 20x11 with Nitto 305/40-20
Brakes
I wanted a killer system for
the car and in my mind, nobody does them better than
Baer. I have used their products numerous times and have
never had an issue. When it came down to choosing a
system for this project, I wanted some serious stopping
power. After talking with Todd Garthshore, we decided to
showcase their new Monoblock 6S system with 14” 2 piece
rotors at all four corners. To bump the ante a little
more, I am also installing one of Hydratech Braking’
Hydroboost systems. To quote one of Baer’s Reps, “Your
insides will stop before the car”, I said perfect!! All
of the plumbing will be done via stainless lines an AN
fittings.
